Materials
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1/4 cup of coffee grounds
- 1/4 cup of salt
- 2 tsp of of cream of tartar or white vinegar
- 2 tsp of vegetable oil

How To
- Pour dry ingredients into a large bowl
- Add food coloring and cooking oil in the center of bowl
- Add water and stir to form playdough
- Knead well (add flour, if dough is sticky)
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months!

Tips
- Mix slowly for a smooth and soft consistency.
- Use hot water but not boiling water to activate cream of tartar. Adults should handle this step.
- If your dough is runny, let dough rest for a few moments to allow salt to absorb the moisture then if needed, add additional ¼ cup of flour at a time.
- If your dough is dry, add a tablespoon or two of water to soften back up.
Storage
- Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months! Don’t forget to label the date.
- Kneed back before each use, if needed.
- If you see mold, throw it away immediately!
